If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Time Frame
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Eligible for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please email customer service at info@ultimatedeals-llc.com to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:
- Order number,
- Order name, and
- Order address.
Once we have confirmed your return, please send your parcel with a note explaining the situation and your order details, such as the Order Number, name, and address. This will help us process your refund request quickly.
If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products. Important Note: No restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ultimatedeals-llc.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been sent for picking and packing in our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait for it to arrive before organizing a return. Please note that postage will not be covered once the order has left our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within ten(10) business days.
